Clinic Administration

Aim

The purpose of this article is to describe how to create a new clinic and how to edit existing clinics.

NOTE: Clinics can only be created for existing hospitals. If the hospital you want to create a clinic for does not yet exist, please contact RAYLYTIC to do so. Further, only users with the corresponding “Clinic Administration” can perform the action described below.

Procedure

The Clinic Administration feature is available under the menu section “UNITY Core” and subsection “Clinic Administration” in the UNITY Platform (see Figure 1).

For adding a new clinic, you need to click on the blue button on the upper left corner of the page (see Figure 2).

A pop-up window with the tab “Basic Data” appears.

You can set a name for your clinic and add it to a hospital.

Editing a clinic

If you would later like to change settings which were configured while setting up this new clinic, you can easily do so by clicking on the blue pencil button next to the clinic of concern (Figure 3).
