Completion of PROMs at home

Aim

The purpose of this article is to describe how to generate login credentials for the patient to answer Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) electronically from home.

Procedure

Step 1: The menu section “Start ePRO/CRF” needs to be selected.

Step 2: This table provides an overview of the pending questionnaires. Each line displays the information of one patient. Patients with an orange labeled button named “Action Required” on the first column have unanswered pending questionnaires. By clicking this button, pending questionnaires for this patient can be seen and accessed.

Step 3: By clicking on “Get Login Token” and then on “Print” ( for Patient Login Token) a pdf file will be generated. This pdf file contains the URL for the patient access, the login credentials for the patient and the upcoming follow-up windows for the study.

Step 4: The patient can now login with the details received and start completion of the applicable questionnaires. He/she can login to the provided URL at any time, but questionnaires will be available for him/her to answer only within the specified time windows of the study.
