EHR Integration Window
Outline here how UNITY integrates into EHR currently (KSW Handbuch?), Spezifikation der URL, Externer Aufruf mit funktionieren Beispielen.
Employees (especially receptionists) at Kantonsspital Winterthur reach the EHR integration window by jumping from their hospital information system KISIM - on patient level - via “external tools” to the corresponding patient identification number (“PID”) in the EHR integration window - which is a KSW-specific UNITY website.
Under this PID, the different case numbers (“Fall-ID” = “FIDs”) with its respective studies are listed in which the patient is enrolled.
RAYLYTIC employees can access this KSW-specific screen by using the URL:
https://unity-staging.raylytic.com/ext/questionnaire_status/client_id/ksw/patient_id/1001420
Note: This points to the KSW realm, for which access needs to be given in Keycloak (Dragos)
The number in the link must be replaced by a KSW PID, which was created correctly in KISIM staging and is displayed in UNITY staging. On , this can be, e.g. (but not exclusively) one of the following PIDs:
PREM: 1044480, 1104730, 1104730, 1155024
NCH Erstkonsultation BSW/LWS: 1200011, 390410
Palliative Care: 1110032, 1213079, 424080
Oncology: 1150020, 1150047, 1212125
Ort Hüft TP: 1111107, 355910
Attention: After a copy from production, these PIDS won´t work anymore. New test cases have to be created in KISIM
Clicking on the study leads to the study-specific questionnaire overview page for this FID (individual patient case).
Here, KSW employees can do different actions on FID level:
Start and configure ad-hoc notifications or intervals for periodic patient notifications

See, status for palliative care and oncology, there is a Superset integration with the score history displayed in either line plot (oncology) or spider plot (palliative care) including interpretation help - the latter can be configured by RAYLYTIC on customer request.
