Questionnaire Result Export

Aim

This page aims to explain how to export questionnaire results from the UNITY Platform.

Procedure

Step 1: Log in to the UNITY Platform and select the study from which you want to export questionnaire results.

Step 2: Navigate to the UNITY Platform menu section “Results” and subsection “Download Questionnaire Results” (Figure 1).

Step 3: From the dropdown menu please select the questionnaire for which you want to export the results and subsequently the language. Please note that you can only choose languages which are enabled for this questionnaire (Figure 2).

Step 4: Click on the blue button “Download” to download the results.

Step 5: You will receive an excel-file with two tabs: “Results” and “Metadata”. In the first tab “Results”, all questionnaire results are displayed sorted by patient and examination period. The sheet “Metadata” contains information about the questions' configuration and answer possibilities.
